Specialized in helping your baby Master their first year of Milestones, with breastfeeding being considered your infant’s first motor milestone. Conditions treated: breast/bottle feeding challenges including oral ties (TOTs), torticollis (tight neck), plagiocephaly (flat head), reflex integration, oral motor skills, milestones & motor delays such as tummy time, rolling, sitting, crawling, & walking.

Dr. Erika is trained specifically in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) which is a very gentle and infant led therapeutic technique used to release tension and allow babies to move, sleep, breathe, and feed better. CFT is incorporated into therapy sessions when clinically appropriate.

Specialized in infant development, sensory regulation, oral motor skills, tethered oral tissues (tongue & lip tie), reflex integration, fine motor skills, sensorimotor feeding.

Our skilled therapist can assist with bottle refusal and bottle feeding struggles including difficulty increasing volume, reflux, frequent spit ups, noisy eating/lip smacking, poor lip seal & milk spillage, and/or frequent coughing/gagging while eating. In addition, she can assist with the transition to solids, picky eating, and sensory-motor feeding difficulties.

Mastering Milestones LLC is contracted with BabyNet, South Carolina’s Early Intervention Program which funds therapy intervention services for children who qualify from birth-3 years of age. BabyNet sessions are performed in your child’s natural environment (i.e. home, daycare, etc.) with our credentialed BabyNet provider.

These consultations are designed for families residing outside of our treatment location. This allows families to meet with a specialist virtually to answer any questions, observe your baby’s movement, and provide you with an individualized home exercise program.

Includes one 45-minute virtual consultation and one follow-up email.

Mentorship consultations are scheduled through video conference and are designed for professionals looking for more support regarding business and/or clinical skills.

Mastering Milestones offers bodywork visits in the form of Craniosacral Fascial Therapy (CFT) and Reflex Integration. These are considered wellness visits and are not covered by insurance. Bodywork sessions are offered to children of all ages.

If you are not local to the Charleston area, please inquire about 2-3 day bodywork intensitive treatments.
