Do you Accept Insurance?

We accept most TRICARE plans for PT/OT services. Please contact our team in advance to verify your specific plan’s eligibility and benefits, and to schedule with one of our TRICARE-certified therapists.
We are Out-of-Network with all other private insurance companies and will not be billing your insurance carrier directly. Please reach out to your insurance carrier to inquire about your OON benefits. Payment is due at the time of service (HSA/FSA accepted). A superbill can be provided upon request that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement through your out-of-network beneits.
Do you accept BabyNet/Early Intervention?

Yes - our physical therapy services may be provided through BabyNet (Early Intervention) for eligible families with one of our BabyNet credentialed therapists.
Many families choose to combine BabyNet services with additional sessions through our clinic for more individualized, hands-on support.
Please note:
Craniosacral fascial therapy and specialized feeding & bodywork services are not covered by BabyNet and are offered as an additional wellness service.
If you’re interested in incorporating craniosacral therapy into your baby’s care, our team is happy to discuss appropriate options and next steps.
Where Do Sessions Take Place?

How long are sessions?

Initial Evaluations are typically 60-90 minutes depending on your baby’s needs and the provider your scheduled with.
Follow-up sessions are typically 60 minutes.
We always allow enough time to fully assess your baby, provide hands-on support, and answer your questions - without feeling rushed.
