Release the Tension. Improve the Feed.
The complete at-home system to help babies move, feed, and feel better - using the same whole-body approach I use with families in my clinic.
If your baby…
struggles to latch deeply
clicks, leaks milk, or tires during feeds
arches, stiffens, or seems tense
hates tummy time
only looks one direction
has a tongue tie (or your’re wondering if they do)
feels “tight” but no on can tell you why…
You’re in the right place.
Because feeding isn’t just about the mouth.
And tummy time isn’t just about lifting the head.
Everything is connected.
After treating hundreds of babies, I’ve learned one thing…
Most parents are given isolated solutions.
“Do more tummy time.”
“Stretch their neck.”
“Massage their gums.”
“Get a tongue tie released.”
But babies don’t work in isolated body parts.
The tongue, jaw, neck, ribs, spine, pelvis, breathing, posture, and nervous system all work together.
If one piece isn’t functioning well..
the entire system compensates.
That’s why fixing just one symptom often doesn’t solve the real problem.
That’s why I created the Mastering Milestones Method.
Inside you’ll learn…
✓ Whole Body Assessment
Learn how to recognize the movement patterns and tension that affect feeding and development.
✓ Infant Bodywork (Newly Added!)
Gentle techniques to help reduce tension throughout baby’s body
Gentle stretches for the neck and upper body
Positional and fascial releases for the Deep Frontal Fascial Line, Superficial Frontal Fascial Line, Lateral fascial Lines
Massage technique to release whole-body protective guarding that may start in the feet, travel through the core, spine, and up into the head & neck
Gentle massage combined with craniosacral principles to address the back fascial line and tension along the spine
Gentle positional releases, movements, and simple comfort strategies for babies struggling with gas and GI discomfort
✓ Tummy Time, Reimagined
Build the Postural Foundation for Movement and Feeding
✓ Oral Massage
Gentle techniques for the lips, cheeks, jaw, tongue, and mouth.
✓ Improve Suck coordination
Teach your baby the tongue and jaw movements needed for efficient feeding.
✓ Deep Latch Guidance
Learn positioning, alignment, and latch techniques that make breastfeeding more comfortable and effective.
✓ Movement and Development
Support rolling, head control, symmetry, and early milestones while improving the foundation for feeding
Bodywork creates the opportunity for better movement—but it is what your baby does with that new movement that creates lasting change.
That's why this course goes beyond bodywork techniques.
You'll learn how to support tummy time, posture, suck training and feeding in ways that reinforce healthy movement patterns instead of compensations.

From Our Clients
“Our baby had her very first proper latch and finally started feeding consistently.”
“Within a few days he was able to achieve a latch without pain at every feed.”
“Our baby was so relaxed, he started sleeping in 3-4 hour windows during the day and night.”
Stop Guessing. Start Feeding.
You don’t need another random Instagram tip. You need a complete system to address posture & tension, latch mechanics, and suck coordination together.
